Hahaha, trust G.O.D. to come up with such a clever idea. Heard about these mooncakes from Angel’s SG friend, Ming but didn’t know exactly how the mooncakes look like until Molely forwarded me an email with the above attachment. Not cheap though, at HK$55 (S$11)! But funny lah, must get.
Anyway, Ray (my new SG pal in HK, thanks to Debs G’s introduction!) and I went for our first fashion show at the Mastercard Hong Kong Luxury Week. It was Diane von Furstenberg tonight and I’m normally not such a huge fan of her creations for F/W ’08 is fabo!!!
Loves, LOVES the flapper dresses and the gorgeous cheongsam-inspired B/W dress. Don’t dig her new collection of footwear though. Givenchy still rocks heels. Gosh, her flapper dresses are sooo beautiful, I told Ray I wanna buy one just for my wedding dinner. Erm no, I’m not getting married yet but I reckon I would in future and my skeletal body pretty much stays the same since I was 13 so it’s safe for me to buy clothes for safekeeping.
Thank God Ray went with me, Murphy came to visit when I was about to interview the managing director of IMG. I wrote my questions nicely in my notebook earlier in the office before I left but was rummaging through my humungous bag but couldn’t find! Ray was just like, “calm down, calm down, calm down, calm down”. Then when I wanted to take just ONE snapshot of the crowd and catwalk, my lovely Ixus 860IS says “Change battery pack”. Wah lau!
Angel just came back from her Bali trip and happened to meet Bryan Boy‘s best friend who’s a milliner and she told Angel we would all go partying with Bryan Boy tomorrow night after the Marc Jacobs show! WOOT!!! BB! Be my BFF!!!! Dear ixus better act up tomorrow! No fooling around when I want my pics with my BB!
